What is my member ID?
The 9-digit number found on your Humana insurance card

Your member ID appears on your Humana ID card. Depending on your card, it may be called your Subscriber ID, Sub ID, ID, or ID #. Please enter the first 9 digits of this number with no spaces or dashes. If your member ID includes an "H" at the beginning, please be sure to include this as part of your member ID. You don’t need to enter the 2-digit code after your member ID unless you are asked for it.
